When sound is offered in an intentional way, as a therapeutic application, a client is drawn into a state of harmony and health.
Sound Healing is frequency + intention.
In other words, it's like when you play your favourite song, and it lifts your mood.
A Sound Healing with the voice practitioner will make sounds with their voice, this is called toning. The sounds might be harmonious, or with other qualities 'discordant'. These sounds all help clear the energy field.
A Sound Bath is when a group of people lie or sit while sounds are played. The sounds will wash over you and help you relax. A Sound Bath would predominantly include instruments. A Voice Bath practitioner would primary use their voice, creating a unique experience.
A Sound Bath is a fancy term for a room full of sound; the sound will wash over you and your little one. Jennifer's main 'instrument' is her voice, she will 'tone' to create sounds that help you relax and shift your energy. Your little one will sense you relaxing and feel safe and calm within your energy field.
During or in the days after a treatment you might feel extra tired or emotional. Allow yourself to move through this at your own pace. It's perfectly normal. You are welcome to ask for additional support at any time.
The Mother and Baby Circle is a safe space created to build connection and a closer bond between mother and her baby. When your little one is close to you they will feel your body and energy relax. A babe in arms, not yet walking, would be the perfect age to enjoy this experience.
This group is a mother and baby bonding experience, Jennifer will give Sound Healing to support the close bond between the mother and her baby.
If you would like to enjoy a similar experience for a father and child Jennifer would be happy to offer this 1-2-1. Contact her directly or book the 90 minute In Person Restorative Treatment 1-2-1 and add the addition information to the booking.
Yes, because of the bespoke nature of Sound Healing we suggest that you chat with Jennifer so that the best healing can be planned for your loved one.
You are welcome to book a Mother and Baby Circle as a gift for a mother and baby. Please let Jennifer know their details so that she can connect with the mother before the event.
Wear comfy clothes. Bring pillows, a blanket, an eye mask, water, warm socks, note pad & pen - for any revelations!
You want to be able to relax with the baby for the whole experience, perhaps sitting on the floor with your little one close to you, in a sling or harness.
You and your baby are welcome to enjoy the healing in whatever way you feel is best. You may wish to stand and sway, to feed or to leave the room. You will find that you will benefit from the healing either way.
The number of tickets is limited to ensure there is a calm, peaceful, intimate group. It is reccommended to book early to avoid disapointment.
